Social Media Manager

We're on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help shape how VWV tells its story online.
At VWV, we pride ourselves on being insight-driven, innovative, and focused on building genuine client partnerships. Social media plays a huge role in bringing that to life, helping us showcase our expertise, share our people's voices, and connect meaningfully with clients, prospects, and partners.
If you're someone who loves translating complex ideas into engaging content, understands how social media can drive business results, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams, this could be the perfect next step for you.
About The Role
As Social Media Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of VWV's social media strategy growing our presence and strengthening our brand across key platforms like LinkedIn. You'll create, curate, and manage content that highlights the firm's expertise, amplifies our thought leadership, and supports our business development goals.
You'll work closely with teams across the firm to uncover stories and insights worth sharing, transforming complex topics into engaging, accessible social content. You'll develop and manage a content calendar, produce high-quality graphics and short-form videos, and ensure every post aligns with our brand and tone of voice.
Reporting and insight will be central to your approach. You'll track performance, analyse results, and make smart recommendations to continually improve engagement and reach. You'll also play a key role in training and supporting colleagues to build their own professional presence on social media, helping everyone in the firm become an ambassador for VWV online.
About You
You'll bring both creativity and strategy to the table, able to see the big picture while getting the details right. You'll have hands-on experience managing social media channels for a business or professional services firm and a clear understanding of how to tailor content for platforms like LinkedIn.
You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams. You'll have a flair for writing and storytelling, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messages.
Experience using social media management tools, analysing data and metrics, and managing paid campaigns would be a big plus. A background in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media is ideal, but more important is your curiosity, creativity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of VWV's social media presence and make a visible impact on how the firm engages online. You'll join a supportive marketing team that values ideas, collaboration and innovation and where your work will help shape how we connect with clients and communities.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. For more details of the essential and desirable experience we're looking for, please click on the attached job description link.
