We're supporting a well-established hospitality group in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their Estates function.
This is a pivotal role overseeing both the Estates Helpdesk and Reception team, acting as a key link between head office and operational sites. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective contractor management, and a first-class facilities service across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Estates Helpdesk and front-of-house functions
• Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes via an approved contractor base
• Lead on Health & Safety, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Oversee contractor performance, including SafeContractor accreditation and pest control
• Support delivery of M&E and kitchen maintenance projects
• Work closely with internal teams and surveyors to maintain high service standards
• Utilise the Access Maintain system for reporting and management (previous Pronett experience advantageous)
About You:
• Strong background in facilities management, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi-site environment
• Good understanding of M&E systems and kitchen maintenance
• Confident managing contractors, compliance, and internal service teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
