The Customer Care Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining Bizcap's systems and databases to the highest standard. Leveraging strong communication, technical skills, and attention to detail, the Customer Care Specialist addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues in alignment with Bizcap's mission. This role also involves collaborating with team members and supporting various tasks, including contacting customers to recover overdue funds.

Primary Objective

The primary objective of the Customer Care Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction and the effective management of Bizcap's systems and databases. This role focuses on resolving customer issues with precision, maintaining the integrity of company records, and providing leadership within the customer care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to all Bizcap customers through excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain all relevant Bizcap systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilise problem-solving abilities to offer suitable solutions to customers in line with Bizcap's mission.
  • Assist with duties outside the normal scope, including contacting customers to recover funds as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various business activities and ensure cohesive operations.
  • Uphold Bizcap's reputation by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining system integrity.

Knowledge &/or Skills

  • Must speak English and German
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Very strong personal and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a high-pressured environment working to deadlines.
  • Interest in developing a career in the financial services industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.

This is a 5 day a week in the office role, central London location.
