As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Customer Care Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, fulfilling prize claims and providing a best-in-class customer experience. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping people.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fulfil prize claims rapidly
- Foster positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and informative support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases where necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns
- Identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction and response times, using feedback to improve service quality
- Assisting in the daily operation of the office
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Over 1 year of digital customer service experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to set a warm and professional tone
- Fluent in English at a native level
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, and pick up new ideas quickly
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
