We have an exciting opportunity to work for a Large Freight Forwarder within their customer care department.

This is a Hybrid role 3 days in the office 2 at home (while on probation 3 months in the office).
Working within a team, the customer care specialist is responsible for direct interaction with the customers, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with the sales team.

The customer care specialist is responsible for ensuring that the customers experience is a positive one each time.

Role Involves.
Communicate and manage pricing opportunities for the customer whilst documenting feedback in the relevant systems
Maintain a consistent and high-quality customer on boarding experience.
Execute strong shipment ownership for all customers
Continuously analyse customer reports to identify areas for improvement
Build a strong relationship with the customer and provide high quality advise using proactive approach.
Handle queries for colleagues and customers
Ensure quality compliance as per internal and external regulations and agreements with adherence to KPIs.
