Bradmores Coffee is a warm, community-focused coffee shop set in the picturesque village of Brookmans Park. We're passionate about great coffee, quality food, and creating a friendly, welcoming space for everyone. Our brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and ready for someone who loves cooking, teamwork, and a buzzing weekend atmosphere.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Cook to join our team on weekends. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving our breakfast, brunch and lunch menu to a high standard, maintaining kitchen organisation, and ensuring great food leaves the pass every time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes from our brunch and lunch menu to consistent quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen at all times.
- Support smooth weekend service with good communication and teamwork.
- Manage prep efficiently to handle a busy service flow.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook or chef in a café or restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small but fast-paced environment.
- Passion for great food and presentation.
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.
