About Inspired Minds Learning

At Inspired Minds Learning, we help children aged 4–8 master phonics and become confident, fluent readers through our award-winning Inspired Readers Route.

We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced sales professional with a genuine understanding of phonics and early reading. Someone who can connect with parents, understand their worries, and confidently guide them towards giving their child the support they need.

The Role

As our Sales & Enrolment Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for parents who enquire about our programmes. You'll build rapport, conduct engaging consultation calls, handle objections with empathy, and confidently guide parents to enrol their child.

You'll need to balance sales expertise with warmth and understanding — helping parents feel reassured, not sold to.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct friendly, structured sales calls with parents who have enquired about tutoring
  • Confidently handle objections and support parents in making informed decisions
  • Follow up all leads through calls, texts, and emails using our CRM and templates
  • Clearly explain the benefits and outcomes of our Inspired Readers Route
  • Maintain accurate notes, track conversions, and share regular updates
  • Represent Inspired Minds Learning with professionalism and genuine care

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience in sales or enrolment-based roles, ideally within education or family services
  • You have an understanding of phonics and reading development (background in teaching/tutoring is a plus)
  • You're confident, personable, and naturally great at building rapport with parents
  • You're proactive, organised, and results-driven
  • You believe in the power of education to change children's lives
