Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will oversee daily business operations, manage projects, and support the implementation of sales and operational strategies. Key responsibilities include analysing processes, ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, focus on process improvement, and contribute to achieving company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and identify improvements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively share information.
  • 3-5years Experience in sales operations and a results-oriented approach to driving business growth.
  • Expertise in operations management and project management for workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and AI systems is an advantage.
