Client Onboarding & Success Operations Specialist - Guided Home (UK PropTech)

Remote | 8- 9 LPA

The Role

As a Client Onboarding & Success Operations Specialist, you will support Guided Home's UK developer clients throughout their full lifecycle; from onboarding and implementation, to training, support and ongoing success. You will become a product expert and work closely with client teams to ensure they adopt the platform effectively.

This is a client-facing, process-driven, tech-enabled role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Implementation:

  • Set up new client accounts, user access, branding and platform configuration
  • Upload, organise and validate essential documentation and specification
  • Conduct quality checks, and support Review & Approval Sessions

Training & Customer Enablement:

  • Deliver training to client teams
  • Create and maintain self-service how-to videos using Storylane and help articles
  • Support clients to understand best-practice workflows and to use the platform effectively.

Customer Support & Success:

  • Use HubSpot for timely and professional communication with clients
  • Troubleshoot technical or process related issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Maintain response templates and improve support documentation

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain and update knowledge base with clear documentation, tutorials, and workflows
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support product team feedback loops based on customer usage

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 4+ years in operations, customer Success, client onboarding or SaaS Support
  • EXCELLENT verbal and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Fast learner with high technical aptitude

Preferred Background:

  • Operations/ project management
  • Exposure to real estate, construction tech or PropTech
  • Experience creating training content
  • Process improvement
  • Experience working with international (especially UK) clients
