Role Overview:
The HLTH Associate Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and grow the HLTH events and programs. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize event success. The Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives. The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be detail-oriented, and be able to balance multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Email & Marketing Automation
- Develop, QA, and deploy targeted marketing emails via HubSpot.
- Manage audience segmentation and enrichment for attendees, sponsors, and partners.
- Track performance metrics (deliverability, engagement, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
- Support cold-flow warmup and re-engagement campaigns.
Campaign Coordination
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and media partnerships.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
- Coordinate with marketing partners (associations, media) to expand awareness.
- Support administrative tasks such as partner contracting and account coordination.
Content & Creative Support
- Assist with development of marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, and media kits.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on visuals, copy, and social content.
- Maintain and update event websites to align with program goals.
Sponsor & Stakeholder Enablement
- Coordinate sponsor communications and promotional activities.
- Partner with Sales, Sponsorship, and Ops teams to ensure sponsor visibility and engagement.
Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, including email performance, MQLs, and engagement.
- Maintain clean, enriched marketing data and support reporting dashboards
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to events, B2B, or healthtech.
- Familiarity with email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua), CMS tools, and project management systems. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong writing skills—able to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging copy.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally and across borders.
- Knowledge of healthcare or technology industries is a plus.
