Job description

Insight Realty Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Marketing Associate with at least 1 year of proven experience to join our team and take charge of our growing residential portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to step up and take full ownership of a dynamic and diverse portfolio.

You will play a key role in marketing our property portfolio, identifying new investment opportunities, and assisting with property management coordination. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong research ability, and creative marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for residential properties.
  • Research and source investment properties across the London market.
  • Support ongoing property management communications.
  • Prepare listings, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with agents, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in property marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and research capability.
  • Familiarity with property portals, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
