Job Purpose:
The Head of Employee Experience is responsible for leading and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organisation. This role focuses on driving engagement, fostering a positive culture, and promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the company. It will also include employee wellbeing and linking in on the CSR agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns.
  • Create and manage programs that recognise and reward employee contributions.
  • Update the mechanisms by which we engage the workforce i.e. Employee Voice Champions phase 2

Culture Development:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and promote the desired organisational culture.
  • Implement initiatives that encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Lead the development and execution of DEI strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure that DEI principles are integrated into all HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with Network Groups

Employee Wellbeing:

  • Develop and implement programs that support employee wellbeing, including mental health, work-life balance, financial health and physical health initiatives.
  • Provide resources and support for employees to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee concerns and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events to promote engagement and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture development, and DEI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Additional Information:

  • This role may require occasional travel to various company locations.

The Head of Employee Experience will work closely with the HR team and other department heads to ensure a cohesive approach to employee experience.
