About the Role:
As the Global Head of Employee Experience you will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for shaping and delivering a world-class employee experience across the entire organisation. You will lead a global, cross-functional team and own the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it is embedded and brought to life at every stage of the employee journey. Your role will be to oversee global workplace, talent management, learning, and engagement, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Sitecore's culture and organisational goals.

As part of the People & Culture (P&C) Leadership team, you will be accountable for advancing and executing against the P&C OKRs and project roadmap for FY26. You will be a key voice in strategic decision making and bring an AI-first mindset, with fresh and innovative ways of working to the team and Sitecore overall.

What You Will Do:
Team Leadership Across Multiple Areas

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, global team across Employee Experience, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workplace Experience, and Engagement
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Employee Experience function
  • Set clear vision, priorities, and KPIs for all direct and indirect reports

EVP Ownership and Execution

  • Own the development, evolution, and communication of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Ensure the EVP is consistently reflected in all people programs, policies, and communications
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition to amplify the EVP internally and externally
  • Measure and report on EVP impact and effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement

Global Workplace

  • Oversee global workplace, including office environments, remote/hybrid work strategies, and workplace services
  • Ensure all physical workspaces support collaboration, innovation and productivity

Talent Management & Learning

  • Lead the design and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives to build critical skills, drive career growth, and support organisational capability
  • Ensure talent and learning programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with business needs

Engagement & Alignment to EVP

  • Lead the strategy and execution of employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the EVP
  • Oversee engagement surveys, listening strategies, and action planning
  • Partner with business leaders to translate engagement insights into meaningful, measurable actions
  • Champion a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, Talent Management, HRBP or related fields, with significant global leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering transformational people programs at scale
  • Deep expertise in program development and execution, talent management and learning
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organisational objectives
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to drive decisions and measure impact
  • Ability to deliver high impact programs at pace – always with the mindset of understanding the results and impact of any program
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global environments
