Job description - JuniorOffice Coordinator
Hawk Construction and Utilities LTD require a Junior Office Coordinator to further support us in our growing business's and support the senior office Coordinator
Duties & responsibilities:
Responsible for the support of the day to day requirements of the business
Receive and review daily work stack with the current team, programming work, monitoring the schedule and starting & stopping permits
Growing and supporting our training center for both the internal and external candidates
Liaising with 3rd parties
Liaise with the field staff
Accurately update systems, databases and records as required
Ensure that all issued documentation is returned and uploaded on the system
Desirable Skills & Qualifications: (Training given to the right individual).
Computer literate,
Must have a good eye for detail
Confident telephone manner
Telecom job pack understanding ( training will be provided)
Attributes:
Flexible to accommodate operational needs
Ability to work on own initiative
Willingness and desire to learn is key
Full-time or part time hours: up to 37hrs per week
