Description
To manage the House of ELEMIS bookings system to maximise utilization and most productive use of Spa Personnel to achieve department targets. To carry out all client facing duties, to deliver the ultimate ELEMIS experience to all clients; walk-ins, treatment guests and VIP visitors when required. Maintaining the highest quality of professionalism, standards, customer experience, product recommendations and retail sales within the department.
To support the Spa Manager in ensuring a smooth-running of daily operation of the flagship House of ELEMIS spa. To actively drive sales and brand awareness through skin labs, and customer events, treatment bookings and upgrades, treatment courses, and rebooking's. To Participate in internal and external events and promotional activity within the business' requirements and hours.

What Will You Do?
- To carry out all client facing duties at front of House, demonstrating excellent communication skills with the team Spa Co-Ordinator's, Therapists and management team.
- Conducting Open and Close shifts, following operational and security duties as instructed by management.
- To ensure all Front of House employees are conducting their roles and responsibilities and level of customer service to the highest standard.
- Understand and abide by Company and departmental policies and procedures.
- To be responsible for the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the house of Elemis.
- To pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure departmental targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
- To ensure all financial and KPI reporting is kept up to date and accurate on a daily and month to month basis.
- To ensure cash and card banking is processed correctly daily and are reconciled monthly.
- To ensure correct management of stock; checking stock levels, placing orders when required and ensuring Monthly stock counts are completed on time and correctly.
- To raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
- Contribute to the Departmental targets by driving skin labs, and customer events, treatment bookings, upgrades, treatment courses, and rebooking's
- To participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
- Co-Ordinate VIP visits from the point of booking to the visit itself, delivering the ultimate brand experience, whilst also delivering HD skin consultation and brand history and knowledge through tours.
- Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and consider medical contraindications.
- To ensuring the team are aware of their figures and targets and how the account is trading.
- To assist with the monthly changeover of the of the visual merchandise. Ensure the visual merchandise is always maintained in areas of the house.
- To maintain the front of house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation and to also ensure that the team is very well presented at all times.
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly.
- Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence, locked away and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.
- To assist in the completion of stock check weekly and monthly any discrepancies on stock should be found and rectified.
- Customer returns should be recorded and returned to the Company using the appropriate paperwork (Return Goods Form).
- Handle Client feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all aspect of health and safety are always maintained.
