About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Class Co-Ordinator to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Own the class timetable: build, optimise and publish weekly schedules across all studios.
  • Manage instructor rota, covers and last-minute substitutions to ensure zero class cancellations.
  • Liaise with instructors on programming, standards and punctuality; onboard and brief new hires.
  • Monitor attendance, waitlists and no-shows; adjust capacity and formats to meet demand.
  • Collect and act on member feedback; resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain premium studio readiness: signage, ambience, cleanliness and equipment set-up/pack-down.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Recognized qualification in Fitness and Wellbeing
  • First Aid Training
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Creative
