Working Pattern:

We're looking for a
Head of Channel Development
— a unique role where you'll operate at executive level, setting the vision and influencing strategy, while still having the opportunity to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail of how we deliver for our customers.
This is a chance to make a real impact: developing, optimising and expanding our origination channels, ensuring we meet customer needs today and anticipate what they'll need tomorrow.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping vehicle finance for Vanquis, helping us:
- Expand and optimise origination channels across multiple distribution platforms
- Accelerate speed to market and drive continuous improvement
- Enhance customer outcomes by aligning Ops, Credit Risk and Commercial priorities
- Lead transformation with a roadmap that pushes innovation while staying compliant
- Influence at the highest level, with exposure up to Board
As a Head of Channel Development, you will:
We need a senior leader with deep knowledge of vehicle finance products, sub-prime lending, and broker-led environments. You'll have a proven track record in:
- Leading product development in financial services
- Driving commercially focused improvements with measurable outcomes
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
- Operating confidently in a regulated environment
Above all, you'll combine vision with execution — able to think strategically while also diving into the operational and digital detail to get things moving

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the UK vehicle finance market and customer needs
- Experience working across multi-distribution platforms
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with digital-first thinking
