Head of Growth – Performance Marketing & Subscription

£100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus

Location: London Central, 2 days a week in the office.

We're partnering with an innovative consumer brand to hire their Head of Growth to take full ownership of their performance marketing and subscription engine.

Working directly with the Founder, this is a high-impact role focused on driving
paid performance, conversion optimisation, and long-term subscriber growth
across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, TikTok Shop, and DTC.

You'll be responsible for scaling customer acquisition, improving CAC and ROAS, and optimising the full funnel from first click to loyal subscriber. Working closely with brand, content, and product teams, you'll test, learn, and scale campaigns that fuel both DTC and retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TikTok Shop
  • Own growth and retention for the subscription business
  • Optimise CAC, ROAS, payback windows, and subscriber acquisition cost
  • Drive landing page performance, conversion optimisation, and user flow improvements
  • Build CRM journeys (email & SMS) to enhance the subscription experience
  • Deliver actionable performance reporting and insights
  • Partner with Brand to test and iterate creative assets
  • Analyse how media performance influences retail and other channels

About You

  • Experience in growth or performance marketing within a consumer brand
  • Proven track record scaling paid media and managing subscription-based growth
  • Deep channel expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube (TikTok Shop a plus)
  • Strong commercial instincts and highly analytical mindset
  • Collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-moving
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action
