Head / VP / Director of AI Partnerships

Location: Global / Remote

About the Role

Our clients are seeking a visionary leader to drive global AI partnerships that advance their robotics and embodied intelligence mission. You'll build high-impact collaborations with top research and industry partners to accelerate their technological edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with leading AI labs, tech firms, and research institutions.
  • Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-suite and research leaders to align on shared innovation goals.
  • Tech-Strategy Bridge: Translate complex AI and robotics opportunities into strategic initiatives and joint ventures.
  • Internal Alignment: Partner with R&D, product, and leadership teams to ensure deals advance company priorities.
  • External Representation: Represent the company at global conferences and forums as a thought leader in AI-driven robotics.
  • Impact Tracking: Measure partnership success and ensure collaborations deliver tangible product and research outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in AI, tech strategy, or business development with proven success building global partnerships.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate cutting-edge AI research into business and product strategy.
  • Deep understanding of frontier AI and robotics ecosystems, with a strong industry network.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred

  • Track record of $150M+ strategic deals in robotics with major AI institutions (e.g., OpenAI, DeepMind, Meta).
  • Experience managing complex partnerships involving IP, joint development, and multi-party alignment.
