They're smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of the UK – covering South of the Thames in London to the Coast and along to the South West. Their Country Managers, Technical teams and NPD specialists regularly visit production sites to guarantee standards, which means you walk into meetings with instant credibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and growing the South of the UK region, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.
- 50% new business and 50% account management focus: opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
- Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.
- Targeting end-users to increase the rate of sale and broaden product reach.
- Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Proven success selling into the foodservice channel (wholesale experience is essential).
- A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.
- A genuine hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, commercially sharp.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and comfortably close business.

- Competitive Base Salary
- Car Allowance or Company Car
- 15% Monthly Bonus (+ stretch target)
- Full home-based contract
