I’m partnering with one of the market’s most exciting businesses in the meat category – a £100m+ turnover powerhouse with 25 years of uninterrupted growth. They’re smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of the UK – covering South of the Thames in London to the Coast and along to the South West. With industry-leading quality, long-standing supplier relationships, and a reputation as the genuine food experts, this business is trusted by chefs, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users alike. Owning and growing the South of the UK region, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.
~50% new business and 50% account management focus: opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
~ Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.
~ Targeting end-users to increase the rate of sale and broaden product reach.
~ Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.
Proven success selling into the foodservice channel (wholesale experience is essential).
A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.
Competitive Base Salary
~ Car Allowance or Company Car
~15% Monthly Bonus (+ stretch target)
~ Full home-based contract
