They’re smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of the UK – covering South of the Thames in London to the Coast and along to the South West. This is a great chance to carve out your own territory, your own customer base, and your own winsWith industry-leading quality, long-standing supplier relationships, and a reputation as the genuine food experts, this business is trusted by chefs, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users alike. Their Country Managers, Technical teams and NPD specialists regularly visit production sites to guarantee standards, which means you walk into meetings with instant credibility.What You’ll Be DoingOwning and growing the South of the UK region, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.50% new business and 50% account management focus: opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.Targeting end-users to increase the rate of sale and broaden product reach.Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.What You’ll Need to BringProven success selling into the foodservice channel (wholesale experience is essential).A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.A genuine hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, commercially sharp.Ability to influence, negotiate, and comfortably close business.What’s On Offer:Competitive Base SalaryCar Allowance or Company Car15% Monthly Bonus (+ stretch target)Full home-based contractReady to join a growing team with real momentum?To apply directly please send a copy of your CV to joe@signaturecm.co.uk or alternatively please apply via the link below.Whilst we will always endeavour to respond to you, due to the high levels of applications we receive this isn’t always possible.
