A role you will love

As our Oracle ERP Architect you will work within the technology department and be responsible for the strategic ownership and architectural integrity of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform.

As the principal authority on the ERP roadmap, you'll ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and long-term technology strategy. You'll work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, design forward-looking solutions, and lead continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Designing scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that align with business strategy.
  • Driving enhancements and new capabilities through agile development and structured change management.
  • Delivering actionable insights and reporting tools that empower data-driven decisions.
  • Ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of Oracle Cloud applications through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure to maintain efficiency, security, and scalability.
    Providing expert guidance across both functional and technical dimensions of Oracle ERP, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and future ready.

What will you bring to the role?

As this role is a senior member of the team, you will need to have strategic insight and technical ability with a deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. Within the role, you will be working with multiple different teams, workstreams and stakeholders so you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will need to be confident leading ERP solution design, guiding delivery teams and aligning technology with business goals. As this is a high-impact role, you will thrive on ownership, innovation and collaboration.

Some other key skills you will have:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, particularly: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement & Cash Management.
  • An excellent grasp of EPM, ERP & HCM master data dependencies and integration points.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Architecture, including workflows, security and data models.
  • Awareness of best practices in ERP governance, change management, and release planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, including cloud deployment models and integration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP technical components such as: Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher and OTBI, Fast Formulas, Workflow and Approvals, REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood UX and emerging technologies such as AI Agents and machine learning capabilities within ERP.
