Computershare have a very exciting opportunity for an Oracle EPM Support Analyst to join our team in Bristol.

A role you will love

As our Oracle EPM Support Analyst, you will work within the technology department and be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud EPM applications. You will be investigating and resolving incidents, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of the EPM environment.   

As the EPM Support Analyst you will manage and action service requests, perform routine application maintenance, and collaborate with business users, delivery teams, and Oracle Support to resolve issues effectively.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Triage, investigate, and resolve Oracle EPM incidents and problems to restore service as quickly as possible.

  • Action and complete EPM-related service requests, such as user access changes, configuration updates, and routine tasks.

  • Perform regular maintenance, health checks, and monitoring of Oracle EPM applications to ensure stability and performance.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues, documenting findings and implementing long-term solutions.

  • Provide clear, timely updates to users and stakeholders regarding incident status, resolutions, and service request progress.

  • Work closely with delivery teams, architects, and Oracle support to escalate and resolve complex or critical issues.

What will you bring to the role?   

As this role is technical role within the team, you will need to have experience working in a similar role supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications ideally within large complex organisations. 

In this role, you will be working with multiple different teams, end users and stakeholders at a variety of different levels, so excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are a must. 

Some other key skills you will have:

  • Strong understanding of core Oracle EPM modules such ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, TRCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting.

  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and service request management processes within EPM environments.

  • Familiarity with EPM data structures, master data dependencies, and integration points between ERP, EPM, and HCM systems.

  • Awareness of Oracle Cloud release cycles and the impact of updates on EPM applications.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle EPM modules and integrations.

  • Experience with Oracle support, including raising and managing Service Requests (SRs) and working through escalations.

  • Understanding of security models, user provisioning, and role-based access controls in Oracle Cloud EPM.
