The Role:

The Technical Product Manager is a pivotal role at Formula E, responsible for developing, managing and optimising the digital ecosystem that connects our organisation with teams, partners and suppliers.

You'll own a suite of critical internal systems including event portals, accreditation systems, premium ticketing and operational tools many of which are custom built or integrated from best in class third party platforms. Your focus will be ensuring these systems are reliable, secure and seamlessly connected, empowering our teams to deliver world-class events.

This is an exciting stand alone role with plenty of ownership and visibility across the organisation, but you'll also be part of a collaborative, forward thinking technology team driving Formula E's wider digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Event Delivery to understand business needs and shape the product roadmap for internal and partner facing systems. Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and scalability.

System Management & Integration: Oversee continuous development, maintenance and integration of key ecosystem platforms. Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers, ensuring their technologies align and integrate effectively with Formula E's systems.

User Identity & Access: Manage secure authentication and access controls (e.g. Auth0), ensuring user identity frameworks are robust and compliant.

Performance & Reliability: Monitor platform performance and stability, leading technical improvements to optimise reliability, data flow and user experience.

What we're looking for in you:

Technical Acumen: Proven experience in product, systems or software engineering, with a strong grasp of platform integration, back end logic and authentication systems.

Integration & Supplier Management: Confident in managing external technology partners and understanding APIs, data structures and implementation requirements.

Communication & Collaboration: Able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical colleagues and foster strong cross-functional partnerships.

Proactive Problem-Solving: A curious, solutions driven mindset and the ability to innovate within a fast moving, high-performance environment.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
