London, Greater London, United Kingdom Monterosa Full time

About us

Monterosa is a pioneer in real-time fan engagement technology, powering interactive experiences for leading sports, media, and entertainment brands worldwide.

We build platforms that connect millions of fans to the action, transforming passive audiences into active participants.

Our team blends deep technical expertise with creative innovation to deliver scalable, data-rich products that drive loyalty and growth.

With offices in the UK, Poland, and Ghana, we're on a mission to redefine how fans engage with the world around them.

About the job

We are looking for a
Technical Product Manager
to own and drive the development of our B2B SaaS fan engagement platform at Monterosa.

In this role, you will define the product roadmap and requirements, manage end-to-end details of features, and ensure our platform continues to delight sports and entertainment fans while meeting customer business objectives.

You will serve as the crucial link between technical and non-technical teams, working with engineers to understand technical constraints and possibilities, and with commercial and design teams to shape a product that is both technically feasible and commercially viable.

A strong technical background (especially in front-end web or mobile development concepts) is important, as you'll need to understand architecture and data flows,
though you won't be coding
.

Equally, a passion for sports and fan communities is essential to make sure the product resonates with end-users. If you are an autonomous, strategic thinker who can move fast and collaborate across teams, you'll thrive in this role.

About you

You're an experienced Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, creativity, and fan engagement. You've owned a product vision and roadmap before, translating strategic goals into prioritised, actionable plans that balance innovation with continuous improvement.

You have a proven track record of writing and managing detailed product definition documents, whether PRFAQs, PRDs, or specifications, clearly articulating the
what
and
why
behind features so that engineering and design teams can deliver with confidence and clarity.

You're technically fluent, comfortable collaborating closely with front-end and back-end engineers to understand architectures, APIs, data flows, and system capabilities. You don't need to write code, but you're confident discussing technical trade-offs, feasibility, and design implications.

You know how to balance competing priorities. You've gathered, evaluated, and prioritised feature requests from clients, colleagues, and market research, making informed decisions about what belongs in the core product versus what should be treated as custom work. You regularly refine prioritisation as needs evolve.

You're experienced in cross-functional delivery, working hand in hand with design, delivery/project management, commercial, and data analytics teams to launch features that add genuine value for fans and customers alike.

You care deeply about user experience and product quality. You've championed beta programmes, usability testing, and QA collaboration to ensure every release is polished and impactful, not just delivered on time.

You're a clear and confident communicator. You've regularly updated stakeholders, from leadership and sales to client success, on progress, releases, and roadmaps, translating complex technical decisions into language everyone can understand.

You're commercially and strategically aware, with an understanding of the broader sports tech and fan engagement landscape.

You keep up with competitors, trends, and innovations, using insights to shape and improve your products. You enjoy experimenting with new ideas to keep your platform ahead of the curve.
