The Role:

We're looking to hire a number of commercially minded Graduate Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, business development experience, and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with high-growth companies across sectors such as technology, engineering, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the commercial engagement process, including identifying and researching prospective clients and generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound enquiries, and industry events.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads from initial contact through to conversion.
  • Lead prospect meetings, deliver tailored pitches, and support onboarding discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and technical advisors to develop bespoke client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and contribute to regular reporting on commercial KPIs.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and relevant professional gatherings to build relationships and promote the brand.
