Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Specialist based in Greater London, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations, including coordinating supply chain activities, managing export processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective logistics support while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating logistics processes and optimizing operations
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management to oversee the movement of goods and inventory control
  • Knowledge and experience with Export regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel and logistics management systems
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
