We're seeking elite closers capable of building trust, influencing high-value decisions, and closing £5,000–£20,000+ retreat packages with precision and class.

The Role:

You'll receive qualified, pre-booked leads from our Ticketer team and guide clients through a refined closing process, helping them commit to transformational experiences designed for success-minded professionals.

Your role requires emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and a luxury-service mindset.

Commission & Earnings

  • Per Sale: £1,000–£2,500+
  • Bonus Accelerator: Exceed 5 sales/month → 20% commission uplift
  • Recurring Income: Earn on returning clients and corporate buyouts
  • Top Closers: £5,000–£10,000+ monthly

All commissions are transparent, contract-backed, and tracked via Wentworth's internal dashboard.
