About the Opportunity:
Wentworth Recruitment is expanding its global AI Sales Division for a confidential workforce optimisation platform used by forward-thinking organisations to train, track, and elevate staff performance. We're seeking experienced B2B professionals who can engage C-suite leaders, communicate value with precision, and close strategic partnerships worth £15K–£50K+. This is a role for communicators who understand decision cycles, ROI, and long-term client value, professionals who thrive in autonomy, performance, and reward-based environments.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and close your own qualified leads within targeted sectors (Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Education, etc.)
- Engage HR, Operations, and Compliance Directors with AI-driven performance solutions.
- Close high-ticket SaaS-style agreements with measurable ROI for clients.
- Operate within an exclusive global network of verified sales professionals representing premium technology solutions.
While partial lead guidance and brand materials are provided, agents are responsible for generating their own client pipeline. Agents must meet contractual targets to retain access to additional Wentworth projects and premium client portfolios.

30-Day Trial & Activation Phase:

- Upon closing your first deal (or demonstrating clear activity and conversion potential), you'll be upgraded to full VOIP access, premium lead allocation, and eligible for exclusive contracts and rewards.
