About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.

We are now expanding our commercial presence in the UK and are looking for independent sales agents to develop our customer network.

Key Responsibilities *Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, shipyards, fabricators, construction companies). *Promote our product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane, marine coatings, decorative paints, etc.) *Generate new leads and introduce Gen Boya to the UK market *Attend customer visits and manage follow-ups *Prepare and submit offers in coordination with our Export Department *Report weekly sales activities (visits, quotations, potential projects)

What We Are Looking For *Experience in coatings, construction chemicals, industrial materials, or B2B technical sales *Strong network in the UK coatings or construction industry *Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven *Excellent communication skills *Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule We Offer *Collaboration with an established global paint manufacturer *Full support from our Export & Technical teams *Trainings on our product portfolio *Attractive commission-based earnings (no fixed salary) *Opportunity to become an official distributor for the region based on performance
