We are looking for an agent to join our Industrial & Logistics Agency Department. Following our recent head office move and continued expansion across all our markets, we have an excellent opportunity for an agent / graduate surveyor to join our team based in Shoreditch.

The Role

Support leasing instructions for industrial and logistics focused schemes and assets.

Conduct market research, prepare client reports, and produce marketing materials.

Handle property enquiries from applicants via telephone and email

Maintain database of applicant businesses

Conduct viewings

Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients

Negotiate lettings and sales

Provide research and analysis for sales and acquisition projects

Candidate Attributes:

Graduate with an associated real estate degree or masters or agent with 1 - 2 years' experience.

Great people and communication skills with a bright, outgoing personality. You will be in constant phone contact with a range of applicants, clients and agents.

Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects

Good attention to detail, creativity and presentation of printed and online material

Team player and able to communicate well with staff across all the agency teams

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products

Driving license essential
