**What You’ll Do**
- Run in-person consultations with qualified patients.

- Confidently handle objections (time, money, hesitation).
- Secure treatment plan agreements the same day.
- Consistently exceed personal conversion and revenue targets.
- Track your numbers and stay accountable to results.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven success in high-performance sales: mortgages, automotive, real estate, recruitment, insurance, financial services, luxury retail, investments, direct sales, SaaS/B2B, telecoms, or any high-ticket environment.
- Strong drive and resilience — you’re motivated by success and growth.
- Professional presence and confident closing skills.
- Comfortable discussing significant investments and addressing financial concerns.
- A balance of empathy and determination — you build trust while encouraging action.
- No prior dental knowledge required — if you can sell, you can excel here.
