Your Role

As a Revenue Management Analyst for the EAME region, you will play an integral role in supporting our on-property and above-property revenue management teams across all Hyatt brands. This position can be based in London, Paris, or Zurich. You'll help drive strategic initiatives that optimize revenue, pricing, and distribution performance while contributing to the evolution of revenue management systems, tools, and AI-driven processes.

Working closely with Regional Revenue Management leadership, you'll analyze competitive environments, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our revenue management discipline across diverse markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Revenue Management Specialists in applying EAME principles, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to Hyatt's pricing and distribution processes and policies.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize occupancy and revenue generation through strategic pricing and effective inventory management.
  • Analyze market and distribution channel performance, leveraging AI-driven insights to recommend measurable growth strategies.
  • Deliver analysis and feedback on the effectiveness of revenue strategies, promotions, and market trends.
  • Support the delivery of Hyatt International Revenue Management training programs for hotel teams across the region.
  • Contribute to achieving hotel profitability goals through data-driven revenue management practices and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to promotional tactics aimed at increasing RevPAR.
  • Deliver analytics, key performance indicators, and actionable insights to regional senior management, highlighting market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of revenue systems, focusing on algorithms, forecast mechanisms, pricing optimization, and customer behavior modeling.
  • Recommend strategic revenue and above-property solutions, providing guidance on optimizing system and toolbox utilization.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and source market data to identify optimal mix strategies, aligning with revenue goals and market demand.
  • Support quarterly business review processes through accurate, timely data consolidation and reporting.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management with in-depth knowledge of revenue systems and tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and proficient in revenue systems leveraging adaptive AI.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering in-person and virtual training.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and follow through effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and collaborative approach to driving business performance.
  • Willingness to travel across the EAME region as needed.
