Description
Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm that supercharges boards with the science of board effectiveness. We build better businesses and benefit society.
Through a suite of AI-powered software tools, evaluation frameworks, and advisory services that distil twenty years of boardroom experience, we improve the efficiency of board processes and the effectiveness of boards.
We work with over 80,000 leaders and 3,000 organisations across the world, with clients across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30. In 2024 we received substantial backing from K1 Investment Management – the leading B2B Enterprise SaaS investors. We are at the beginning of significant growth, and we're looking for superb talent to join us on this journey.
As we grow, we're fiercely protective of our culture and values. Many of us, including our founders, have families and other priorities, so we know the value of a supportive company.
The team is diverse and friendly. We value fun: most days you'll find a social event or learning opportunity to get involved with, including company socials, away days, and philanthropic activities.
Our Mission
We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefiting society.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our thriving team and partner with our Marketing function. This is a hands-on, analytical role perfect for someone who loves solving complex business problems while directly supporting marketing performance and revenue growth.
The Data & Revenue Operations team enables high performance for our Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing and Customer) and Finance by delivering data, insights and technical solutions to optimise revenue-generating processes. We maintain and improve a fully adopted tech stack across all revenue functions, with Salesforce at the heart of these systems.
We're looking for someone at the cutting edge of tooling and AI, applying these capabilities to enhance commercial stacks and internal operations. The right person will be strategic, highly analytical, and hands-on; able to roll up their sleeves, spot the "so what" in the data, and communicate it clearly and concisely to drive action.
Marketing is where some of our biggest bets are made, and this role is central to helping us measure performance outcomes more intelligently; so we can identify when to pivot or double down with confidence.

- Develop lead scoring models, attribution frameworks, and conversion analysis across the marketing funnel.
- Manage marketing-focused projects within the broader D&R team portfolio.
- Support Go-To-Market leaders with marketing insights and operational recommendations that drive revenue strategy.

- Work with Salesforce integration points that support marketing attribution and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff processes and attribution tracking.
- Ensure data integrity across marketing systems and maintain clean, actionable marketing databases.
