Senior Search Consultant – US Market

Harrogate (Hybrid – 1 day a week in the office)

Basic Salary (Flexible depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission

The opportunity

We're looking for someone who loves the thrill of winning business, someone who can open doors, win retainers, and partner with clients globally.

You'll focus on the US/North America market, working directly with our CEO to build a strong pipeline of clients and help drive the next phase of our global growth.

You'll have space to experiment, move quickly, and see your ideas implemented.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of US clients
  • Lead outreach, proposals and pitches to secure new retained assignments
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Collaborate with our delivery and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage some of your own delivery, whilst also working closely with a delivery team.
