and
business development role

• Competitive base salary of £28,000 and an
  uncapped commission
  scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE of £45-50k.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your
  own business within our business
  , specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent
  into high-level job openings internationally.
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of
  support and autonomy
• This position is a
  sales
  and
  business development
  role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI's and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients
