Role Overview:

As a Graduate Business Consultant at George Thomas Executive Search, you will effectively be specialising in a key global sector. Your role will include:

  • Headhunting and placing top industry talent into senior and specialist roles internationally

  • Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process from day one

  • Strong focus on new business development, cultivating your own client base from the ground up

  • Working in a target-driven environment with clear KPIs, supported by a team invested in your growth

  • High level of autonomy and full support as you progress
