Job Summary:
London College of Professional Studies Ltd, a leading online vocational education provider, is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Admissions Team as a full-time, in-office Administrative Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the education sector, gain experience in admissions operations, and work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
No previous experience in education is required. You simply need to be confident using a laptop, have strong communication skills, and be willing to learn.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential).
- Good computer literacy and ability to use online platforms.
- A proactive, organised and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital tools (advantageous).
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn new digital systems, including AI tools for productivity.
- Customer service or administrative experience (preferred but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Handling student queries via phone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
- Processing applications, checking documents, and ensuring compliance with admissions procedures.
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate student records.
- Providing administrative support across the Admissions and Academic teams.
- Learning and using digital tools, including AI, to support workflow and communication.
