Job Description

Love What You Do

Be a Home Instead Care Professional

How do you feel in your current job? Are you just a name on a piece of paper? Is it a job rather than a career?  Have you lost your way?

Why not be part of an amazing team that are like your family.  Receive award winning training, great pay from an accredited living wage employer, a company that is never too busy to stop, pick up the phone and say "thank you we think you are fantastic" to invite you into the office for a "hey, how you doing" with a nice hot chocolate and marshmallows  It's the little things that make a big difference and that is why people stay

When you join Home Instead Maidstone, you'll receive exceptional training from passionate and enthusiastic trainers.  With the average client visit time being around 90 minutes you can focus on delivering quality care to your client and have a cuppa and natter

Becoming a Care Pro with Home Instead is simply about being with our clients to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to help keep them independent in their own home.  With Home Instead, care means "quality care". It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences or interests.  From companionship, home help to personal care, no two days are the same.  You can help families know that their loved ones remain safe and well and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require extra support to retain their independence.

Have you fallen out of love with your current job?

Would you like to work for a CQC rated OUTSTANDING domiciliary care company with like-minded people that all work for the same goal – outstanding care for their lovely clients and to love what you do?
