Female Care Worker (Maidstone, Kent)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Domiciliary Care team, supporting older adults and those with dementia, sensory impairments, or mental and physical health needs in the Maidstone, Kent area.

Whether you're an experienced carer or just starting your career, we want to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Do

  • Support service users to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
  • Provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Promote and maintain dignity, individuality, and freedom of choice for all clients.
  • Encourage service users to participate in activities and social interaction.
  • Accurately record care provided while respecting confidentiality.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and the management team to ensure quality care.
  • Manage service users' finances securely where applicable and maintain clear records.
