Job Summary
Eclectic Care is a compassionate and professional healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality domiciliary care services in the community. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Document, monitor and report any changes to care managers.
- Assess care plans versus actual provision.
- Assess risks and needs, reporting to the care manager.
- Participate actively in clients' care team meetings.
- Adhere to all Eclectic Care Ltd policies and ensure new staff are inducted into clients' care packages and follow procedures.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
Ideal Candidate Must Be Able to Support Clients With:
- Attending appointments and social activities.
- Helping with dressing.
- Laundry and light cleaning.
- Meal preparation.
- Medication management.
- Personal care, including washing and bathing.
- Shopping.
