Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Property Care Assistant. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, assisting with manual tasks in cleaning and laundry, ensuring properties meet high standards, supporting hosts in property readiness, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Additional tasks may include assisting with caregiving needs when required.

Qualifications

  • Manual Handling skills and the ability to manage physical tasks efficiently
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities for productive client and team interactions
  • Experience in Dementia Care and Caregiving to provide attentive, specialized support when necessary
  • Professionalism, time management, and reliability in completing assigned tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying client and property care needs
