About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised team member to manage the end-to-end contractor process and support the Talent Acquisition team with developing a best-in-class interim hiring, management and reporting processes.

Here at Yondr, we engage different types of contractors across all regions and functions to enable us to deliver on key projects and achieve our vision. You will be responsible for the effective administration required for all non-permanent workers throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractor legislation, mandatory documentation, and time-frames at each stage.

This role requires a critical and strategic thinker who can advise hiring managers on best practice, implement process improvements and offer actionable insights from data to develop contractor management.

You will also have a keen interest in developing scalable solutions, knowing where to prioritize time and resources within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

/ Act as the main point of contact for all contractor-related requests and queries

/ Work with managers to understand hiring requirements, offer advice and provide guidance on alternative workforce arrangements when required

/ Liaise with recruitment agencies to source candidates for temporary assignments and negotiate terms and rates

/ Assist in the development of a Master Service Agreement and Preferred Supplier List

/ Coordinate the recruitment process by arranging interviews and providing feedback

/ Onboard new contractors, extend current assignments and offboard leavers in line with process, legal requirements and contractor type

/ Maintain contractor data accuracy and ensure mandatory documentation is correct and stored on in-house systems (HRIS and ATS) for audit and compliance purposes

/ Utilise systems and reports to analyse and present contractor-related data identifying trends, costs and anomalies

/ Pinpoint and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction  

Qualifications and experience

 

/ Minimum 3 years' experience managing the administration for temporary workers either internally or in an agency setting

/ Experience of working with HRIS and ATS, preferably HiBob and Greenhouse

/ Knowledge of IR35 legislation and contractor types

/ Detail orientated with strong administration and coordination skills

/ Innovative and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/ Can work efficiently with minimal supervision

/ Ability to hold internal and external stakeholders to account
