The Role:

We're looking for a confident, competent, and reliable Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy, high-performing venue. This is a hands-on role. You'll bring energy, structure, and consistency to the operation, with particular focus on banking, cash handling, stock control, and shift leadership.

You must be ready to hit the ground running and demonstrate a solid grasp of operational standards from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in leading a motivated, high-performing team
  • Set the tone for a positive, can-do atmosphere across the venue
  • Take responsibility for cash handling, banking, and stock management
  • Deliver excellent customer service through being a visible leader on shift
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times
  • Contribute to commercial performance through efficient operations and strong team support

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role in hospitality, leisure, or retail
  • A confident leader who is reliable, organised, and leads by example
  • Fully comfortable managing stock, cash, and end-of-day procedures
  • Personal licence holder preferred (or willing to work towards it)
  • Strong communication skills and calm under pressure
