Are you a Qualified Teacher looking for a new position for the new academic year?

A 2 form entry Primary School in the BS10 area of North Bristol is looking for a confident Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team from September.

This school is a positive, warm and welcoming school, where the team of staff are experienced and supportive, providing advice to enhance your own development as well as providing the pupils with the best learning environment for them to grow into confident, independent learners. 

The Role 

This position is a full-time teaching position where you will be expected to work from September 2024 covering maternity leave. 

The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who has experience working in a KS2 class, someone who can bring their own creativity and initiative to the Year 4 team. Helping to plan and deliver inclusive lessons. 

You will be expected to: 

  • Ability to differentiate lessons well to ensure everyone is able to access the learning. 
  • Create an engaging learning environment
  • Good Team Player and work collaboratively with other year group teachers. 
  • Bring a welcoming and inclusive environment. 
  • Plan and Deliver high quality lessons to inspire and motivate
  • Work closely with the Class Teaching Assistant to support SEND children.
