Sales Director - London - £90k + Bonus
We're looking for a Sales Director to build and lead a global product sales function for a rapidly scaling technology business.
You'll develop high-value distributor and enterprise relationships, shape go-to-market strategy, and lead a growing sales team driving expansion across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a global sales strategy with senior leadership.
- Build and manage regional distributors and strategic enterprise accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Key skills:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
- Proven success scaling global distribution or channel networks.
- Background in industrial, technical, or science-based product markets.
- Commercially strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
