This is a London/UK based corporate Sales Director role, seeking a candidate with
Middle East corporate sales experience, who is able/willing to travel there periodically.
As a key commercial leader for the Middle East, the Corporate Sales Director will define and drive the businesses regional B2B luxury sales strategy — positioning the brand as the foremost provider of bespoke high value corporate gifting, fine trophies, and special commissions across the Gulf and wider MENA markets.
This role will focus on building high-value partnerships with royal households, government entities, family offices, and elite corporate clients, while deepening the brands presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and neighbouring markets. The Director will be responsible for revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, and regional relationship management, working closely with the London HQ and regional partners to ensure excellence in delivery, brand consistency, and long-term client loyalty.

Experience sought
- Leadership level experience in luxury B2B sales within Middle East region.
- Proven success driving high-value commercial growth with royal, government, or UHNW clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cultural relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of regional luxury markets, customs, and gifting traditions.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency or regional cultural awareness preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently across the GCC.
