Location: Location independent - Regular travel to sites required (2 days per week to location of choice/as required)

Package: £40,000 - £50, % bonus

Fixed term contract - 2 years

We are seeking a Workplace Manager to join our team at Konica Minolta

As a Workplace Manager at Konica Minolta, you will manage Konica Minolta workplaces and deliver an enhanced, compliant, and consistent employee experience regardless of location.

Other duties will include:

  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure that the facilities management service meets contractual requirements and service targets and health and safety policies and regulations.
  • Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health and security standards, laws and regulations working closely with internal and external stakeholders including our environment and Health and Safety teams.
  • Manage workplace related projects including, but not limited to, facilities exits, moves, new building acquisitions, refurbishments etc.
  • Overseeing and managing contracts and providers for services including maintenance, security, parking, parking, cleaning, catering etc. reviewing service provided and spending/budget.
  • Procure supplies for the facilities management service and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer service queries and issues in accordance with stakeholder expectations, contractual requirements; monitor service issues to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Ensure all locations are maintained to a high standard, creating the best possible experience for all those utilizing our offices.
  • Manage our business wide approach to Choice Based Working. Ensuring employees know about, and can engage with, our various offerings, and review/update as needed.
  • Look at ways our employees connect with the business and each other, and how our workplaces can enable this further.

We would love to hear from people who have:

  • Previous experience in Workplace experience management with core understanding of health and safety legislation and knowledge
  • Proven knowledge and working experience in Facilities related role
  • Good knowledge of IT packages
  • Passion for creating the best employee experience through our locations and workplace strategy.
  • Systematic in your approach to understanding a problem
  • Considerate of the needs of users and stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Able to work as part of a team and with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise and handle a complex, varied workload.
