London, Greater London, United Kingdom Criteo Full time £40,000 - £60,000 per year
What You'll Do:

We're looking for a Workplace Manager to take ownership of our London office and create an environment where our people can do their best work. This is a highly visible role that combines operational excellence, vendor and stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering a great employee experience. You'll be the go-to person for everything related to the office — from making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly to driving workplace projects and initiatives that support our culture and ways of working.

Position Overview

The Workplace Manager will be based in Criteo's London office and will report to the Workplace Regional Lead for EMEA.
This role will oversee all aspects of the London office operations, serving as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, landlords, and visitors. Acting as one of the key "faces" of the office, the Workplace Manager will ensure a best-in-class employee experience, maintain efficient and safe workplace operations, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects Criteo's culture.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the London office, ensuring it is a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
  • Act as the main liaison with the landlord, building management, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee workplace health, safety, and physical security compliance, including coordination of all mandatory and recommended training.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures for the office and ensure business continuity processes are in place.
  • Supervise administrative services, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for clients, candidates, and visitors.
  • Oversee mail and courier operations, supplies management, and procurement in alignment with budget and policy.
  • Manage workplace ticketing system requests, ensuring timely resolution and high employee satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative by continuously improving Workplace processes and documentation, including keeping internal resources and articles up to date
  • Partner with IT and People teams to coordinate new hire onboarding (workstations, equipment, access badges, office orientation).
  • Lead planning and delivery of internal office events in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
  • Manage workplace-related projects (e.g., moves, space planning, refurbishments) and coordinate with CBRE and other partners as needed.
  • Monitor and create local workplace budget and vendor contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and quality service delivery in partnership with Workplace management.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the employee workplace experience, including sustainability and well-being programs.
  • Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by the business.
Who You Are:
  • Proven experience in workplace management, facilities, or office operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook and workplace management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing vendor and landlord relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with hospitality, creating an inclusive and positive environment for employees and visitors.

About You

You're a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy building strong relationships with people at all levels and know how to balance operational detail with a big-picture view. Above all, you're passionate about creating a workplace experience that makes people feel supported, productive, and proud to be at Criteo.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we'd love to see your application
